Hong Kong residents or Non-Hong Kong residents who are eligible for the following conditions can receive COVID-19 vaccination at their own cost

• Aged 6 months or above.
• Be at least 28 days after 1st dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Be at least 90 days after 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Be at least 180 days after 3rd or more doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Suppose you were infected after receiving two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. In this case, people aged 6 months to 49 can receive this vaccine 180 days after recovery, and people aged 50 or above can receive this vaccine 90 days after recovery.Recovered persons should take one dose less than uninfected persons. For example, if someone gets COVID-19 after receiving the first dose and then receives the second dose after recovery, it’s considered as receiving the third doses.
• If children and adolescents aged 6 months to 17 years want to receive the fourth dose or any subsequent doses, they must be with underlying comorbidities
  • Chronic cardiovascular (except hypertension without complications), lung diseases
  • Metabolic or kidney diseases, obesity (Body Mass Index 30 or above)
  • Chronic neurological conditions that can compromise respiratory functions or the handling of respiratory
    secretions, or increase the risk of aspiration, or those who lack the ability to take care of themselves
  • Children and adolescents (aged 6 months to 18 years) on long-term aspirin therapy

Please be reminded that individuals belonging to the five priority groups (aged 50 or above, aged 18 to 49 years with underlying comorbidities, aged 6 months or above and with immunocompromising conditions, pregnant women, and healthcare workers), are eligible to receive an additional vaccine booster of Sinovac vaccine for free within 2023. For those who aged 6 months or above and not belonging to any of the aforementioned priority groups, they can continue to receive the first three doses of COVID-19 vaccine free of charge if they have never been infected with COVID-19.
