How to check order status and order details?

Order status and order history checking are only available for members. Please press the avatar icon on right upper corner and select “Orders”.  You can press selected order to view the order details.

How to Buy?
  1. Select the service.
  2. Select the date / time / location.
  3. Fill in all Order details (e.g. Name, Email, Phone No. etc.)
  4. Check Out.
  5. You will soon receive a Pending Confirmation Email.
  6. You will get a phone confirmation within 2 working days.
  7. You can follow the date, time and location according to the phone confirmation.
Do the services have expiration date?

Services have to be booked and used within 90 days from the date of purchased.

Can I reschedule after purchased?

You may rescheduled with the clinic at least 48 hours before scheduled service time.

If you have not rescheduled with the clinic at least 48 hours before and no show on the appintment day, the appointment service will be cancelled and no refund request will be issued.

Special arrangements for severe weather such as typhoon or rainstorm warning. In case of the above situation, we will contact the you to reschedule the appointment service.

Can I refund if I am judged unsuitable for Service?

If you receive the proof from doctors of Virtus Medical Group or other qualified doctors confirming that you are not suitable for the physical check-up and/or vaccination(s) service, we shall refund to you the payment in due course via the same means you have used to make the payment.
