  • 預約的服務尚待確認，尚至醫療客戶服務團隊將於2個工作天內以電話+852 3901 8826 來電為客戶確認預約日期，時間及地點，後續可更改時間(需於3個工作天前聯絡)，敬請留意。
    The appointment is have yet to be confirmed. You will receive a call from our customer care team +852 3901 8826 within 2 business days to confirm your booking date, time and location. Appointment can be adjust 3 working days before the appointment date.
  • 檢查前需空腹8小時，可飲用清水。
    Please fast for 8 hours before the check-up, and only plain water may be consumed.
  • 參加者請攜帶身分證或其他證明文件（如護照）來登記。
    Participants are required to bring identification or other proof of identity (such as a passport) for registration.
  • 此服務不包括其他治療/檢查費用。
    This service does not include other treatment or examination fees.
  • 由醫學化驗所精心檢驗，報告於2-4星期用電郵方式發送到登記的電郵地址。
    Reports will be meticulously tested by a medical laboratory and sent to the registered email address within 2-4 weeks.
  • 尚至醫療有限公司保留一切更改或刪改條款及細則以及內容之權利，而不作另行通知。
    Virtus Medical Group reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • 如有任何爭議，尚至醫療有限公司的決定將為最終裁決。
    In case of any dispute, the decision of Virtus Medical Group shall be final.
